In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theater seeks a visionary, creative, and empathetic leader to serve as Producing Artistic Director. Applications for this position are now open! This position is full-time, with a salary range of $75,000- $90,000.
To ensure a successful transition to our new leader, HOBT engaged arts-focused Evolution Management Consultants to conduct a lengthy strategic planning process and identify the key responsibilities for our future Director. Together with an advisory committee of board members, MayDay Council members, and our Interim Director, we are excited to launch our search with their support.
