HOBT is hiring! We have two new positions open, one for a Development Director, and another for a Marketing Coordinator.

Full Time, $36,000 salary, no benefits
This is a new position. With support from the Executive Director and the Development Committee of the Board of Directors, the Development Director will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies for generating and tracking contributed income including government grants, foundation grants, individual donor appeals, event-based fundraising and other strategies. The ideal candidate will be familiar with arts funding in the state of Minnesota including public and private grant sources and individual donor strategies.

20 hours per week, $15/hr, no benefits
This is a new position. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies for generating earned income including ticket sales, group sales, concessions, and other strategies. The Marketing Coordinator will work with Program Directors to identify key audiences, develop messages, and build and implement marketing plans for each of our programs support from Program Directors and the Communications Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Twin Cities arts community and with marketing cultural programming via print materials, press releases, web site, e-newsletter, social media, and other media.
